Hang onto your cocktails beautiful people, Mint mania will explode this fall. While some choke on the $800 million price tag for all of that architecture and artiness, anybody who reflects on the positive push it gives our urban landscape knows that the allure and import of the First Street Cultural Campus can’t be denied. Hundreds flock to see the glimmering Firebird and the art that surrounds it every weekend. That pilgrimage is good for Uptown and all around.
